Newly transcribed by Jill Waller, this book of accounts, compiled by W. Gyde, actually covers the period 1822-28. Besides an account of pew proprietors, and payments for pew renovations in 1821-22, the notebook includes an 1822-24 statement, by churchwarden James Fowler, of renovations and repairs to the church. A list of subscribers to a new service of communion plate in 1824 is given, with the amount paid to Mr Riviere, revealing that he was the maker of the new service.
